How We Work with Designers
We receive furnishings directly from showrooms, manufacturers, and freight carriers at our Chatsworth warehouse, where items are inspected, inventoried, and stored until your install date. On delivery day, our white-glove crew transports everything in padded, air-ride trucks and places each piece according to your floor plan. We handle furniture assembly and final adjustments on-site. Many of our designer clients provide placement plans in advance so the crew can work independently while you focus on styling.
Receiving & Warehousing
Design projects involve pieces arriving from multiple vendors over weeks or months. Our warehouse acts as your staging area — we receive shipments, check items against your purchase orders, document any damage, photograph everything, and store it safely in our facility until you're ready. Temperature-controlled storage is available for specialty items. Barcode tracking means you can request a status update on any item at any time.
