On-Site Shuffling & Protection
Not every project needs a full move-out. For phased remodels, we can relocate furniture between rooms, consolidate and protect items in an unaffected part of the home, and re-wrap pieces that must stay on site. Floors, banisters, and doorways are protected at every step. Temperature-controlled storage is available for sensitive items like artwork, antiques, and electronics that should not sit in a dusty construction zone.
Flexible Timing for Construction Schedules
Renovation timelines move. We build flexibility into the plan so a delayed contractor or an early finish does not leave you stranded — your belongings stay safely stored for as long as the project takes, with short- or long-term options. We coordinate move-out and redelivery dates around your construction schedule. Any building permits, HOA approvals, and elevator reservations needed for access remain the client’s responsibility.
